Our team is dedicated to ensuring your new home delivers everything we promised. Prior to closing we will walk through the home with each buyer, taking you step-by-step through your home, addressing any concerns, and discussing how to handle some of the common questions that arise when purchasing a new home.
90 Days in Your New Home
We like hearing from our customers, so we ask that you touch base with us periodically during the one-year warranty. We encourage you to reach out to us after 90 days in your new home. It is during this time that you may notice minor adjustments needed to your home. If you notice anything that needs attention, we encourage a follow-up with us to address these items in one mutually convenient visit. 11-Months in Your New Home
We encourage our customers to contact us after having cycled through the heating and cooling seasons, and before the expiration of the one-year warranty. By the time of this 11-month follow up, you will have experienced all four seasons and any of the natural changes to the home will have occurred. Again, we're just a simple call or email away to schedule a visit.
